On Saturday October 29, 2011 we
awoke at 4:15am to 37 degrees and wind driven rain. We left
Philadelphia at 9:50 and arrived in Providenciales at 2pm, just about the
time York County was getting hit with a freak snowstorm that dropped 6-8
inches of heavy, wet snow! The bright sun and warm tropical breezes
hit us the moment we walked off the plane. We stayed in mom and
dad's condo at Ocean Club West.
The weather was spectacular every day with bright, blue skies and
incredibly comfortable air and water temperatures (82 degrees). The
daytime temps were low to mid 80s and overnight lows mid to upper
70s. We didn't even need to turn on the A/C!
