Crab Dip
2 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 C sour cream
1/4 C Miracle Whip
1 T worchestershire sauce
1 T Old Bay seasoning
1 lb lump crab meat
crackers - Carr table wafers are the best...
Mix all ingredients except crab meat. Fold in crab meat, then bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
Note: the "T" stands for Tablespoon
Party Potatoes
5 lbs. white potatoes, mashed
1 pint sour cream
1 pkg cream cheese
3 T chopped dried chives
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
While mashing potatoes, add sour cream, cream cheese, and chives. Add seasoned salt, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Bake approx. 1 hour at 300 degrees. Top with grated cheddar cheese.
If refrigerated, allow extra time to bake.
